Eligibility for CSR Funding

NGOs registered under section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act as a section 8 company.
NGO should be registered as a Public Trust Entity and produce documents stating a minimum of three-year record of charity/welfare activities.
The Company should either have a minimum –

Net Worth of Rs. 500 crores or
Turnover of Rs. 1000 crores or
Net Profit of Rs. 5 crores.

A Copy of the Registration Document/Certificate of the company.
Details of Governing Members of the organization.
A Copy of 12A and 80G exemption certificate (if applicable).
NGO Darpan ID (if applicable).
PAN/DIN of the Authorized Person of the company.
Copy of Resolution authorizing the person by the entity (With Resolution Number & Date of the Resolution).
CSR report of the company.
CSR Policy of the company.
